If your idea of heaven involves a gourmet banger and a crisp pint of West Country gold, mark 18th April in your calendar. The Sausage and Cider Festival is bringing a rustic, feel-good vibe to Sefton, celebrating the very best of British artisan produce.
The Festival will be held at Victoria Park in Southport with a themed beer tent and over 25 ciders, as well as giveaways from Thatchers, the festival’s official drinks partner.
Visitors can sample a vast array of gourmet sausages – ranging from traditional pork to adventurous spicy blends – paired perfectly with crisp, cold ciders from across the UK.
